1. Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
- Free of any odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)

The following items are not eligible for return, unless faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Accessories such as earrings or hair pieces, for hygiene reasons

4. How to Start a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs
