At Dirndlia, we want your traditional Bavarian and Alpine wear to reach you quickly and reliably, wherever you are. Please read below for details on how we process and ship your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States within 3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Oktoberfest season, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items that ship from different locations, you may receive your order in multiple packages. You will not be charged extra for this.
